SAP S/4HANA Training Lead - Outside IR35

We're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Training Lead to play a key role in delivering a major S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation within a leading financial services organisation.

This is a pivotal role in supporting the successful migration to S/4HANA Public Cloud - partnering closely with business users, internal teams and implementation partners to build capability, deliver training and embed best practice across Finance and Procurement functions.

What you'll do:

• Develop, plan, and deliver comprehensive SAP training programme
• Create clear, engaging training materials and SAP training data
• Deliver training to project teams and end users
• Support change management, UAT and knowledge transfer activities

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
• Extensive SAP experience with strong focus on Finance and Procurement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on expertise in SAP SAC, SAP Concur, SAP MBC, SAP CIM and SAP Fiori
• Experience collaborating with external partners across full project lifecycles
