The Role:

  • 360 recruitment position
  • Bring in additional new business alongside the already established client portfolio in a high-demand sector
  • Source, engage, and place top-tier talent across permanent or contract roles
  • Develop deep market knowledge and become a true subject matter expert
  • Based in our Central London office - with hybrid working

There are multiple opportunities across our London Change & Tech division within Technology, Change Management and Data recruitment, specialising within the Insurance, Asset Management and Legal sectors.

Within the FS and Insurance market specifically, Oliver James has built long-standing relationships and specialist expertise over the last 20+ years. Based in the heart of London, many of our clients are literally on our doorstep, creating a highly relationship-driven environment where consultants are regularly out meeting clients, candidates and contractors face-to-face through coffees, lunches and on-site meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 12+ months recruitment experience (agency experience needed)
  • Proven track record of billing and new business development
  • Commercially aware, resilient, and target-driven
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to any market experience
  • Bonus: experience in finance / tech markets and Contract recruitment
