The Role:

• 360 recruitment position
• Build and manage a client portfolio in a high-demand sector
• Source, engage, and place top-tier talent across permanent or contract roles
• Develop deep market knowledge and become a true subject matter expert
• Based in our central London office - with hybrid working

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ months recruitment experience (agency experience needed)
• Proven track record of billing and new business development
• Commercially aware, resilient, and target-driven
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Open to any market experience
• Bonus: experience in finance or tech markets
