IT Service Delivery Analyst (18 Month FTC) - Birmingham

Are you an IT professional ready to make a real difference in healthcare? We're helping a forward-thinking healthcare organisation find a Service Delivery Analyst to ensure critical IT systems run reliably, efficiently and support clinicians and patients alike.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of IT operations - monitoring performance, coordinating improvements and ensuring that essential systems meet the needs of staff and patients. You'll collaborate across teams, liaise with vendors and help shape IT services that truly make an impact.

What You'll Do

• Track and report on IT service performance, helping teams improve efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with technical teams and external providers to resolve incidents and maintain service standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance the way IT services are delivered.
• Support key healthcare platforms, including NHS systems, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal performance.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in IT service delivery, preferably within healthcare.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of ITIL principles is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Previous exposure to NHS systems such as EMIS, Adastra or SystmOne is a plus.
