ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: UK - Hybrid (occasional travel)Salary: Up to £110,000

Our client, a leading UK technology provider, is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and ongoing development of their platform. This is a player-manager role, combining hands-on technical delivery with leadership of a small internal team.

You'll shape the ServiceNow roadmap, ensure best-practice implementation across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define platform architecture and strategy aligned to business goals

• Lead design, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow modules

• Oversee governance, technical standards, and upgrade strategy

• Manage and mentor a small team of developers and administrators

• Act as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, plus knowledge of other modules

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM)

• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

• MSP or IT Services background preferred
