The Role:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex digital banking transformation programs, helping clients define technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with their business goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and technical business analyst, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design and oversee delivery from start to finish.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, building capabilities within the Digital Banking practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to develop bold technology strategies that deliver real business value and differentiate them in a rapidly evolving banking landscape.
• Manage and prioritise technical and functional requirements throughout project lifecycles.
• Own the technical business analysis process end-to-end - from discovery and design through build, testing and go-live.
• Drive data-led decision making and process improvements in solution design.
• Support business growth by contributing to pre-sales efforts, developing compelling proposals and delivering client presentations.

Profile:

• Passionate about banking technology and digital transformation, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
• Hands-on experience with modern core banking platforms (such as 10x, Thought Machine, Mambu, Temenos, FIS) and integrating them within complex ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and digital platforms.
