Workday Functional Consultant - HCM & Absence/Time Tracking (Manager Grade)

We are working with one of our key consultancy clients in their search for a Workday Functional Consultant on a contract basis. This is a Manager grade position, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a leading global organisation.

Role Overview:

• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM and Absence/Time Tracking modules

• Work closely with clients to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs

• Support project delivery through the full lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance with best practice

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant

• Strong expertise in HCM and Absence/Time Tracking modules

• Ability to operate at Manager grade, liaising with senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Contract Details:

• Location: Mostly remote with occasional London on-site work (client dependent)

• Contract: £750 p/d Inside IR35

• Start: ASAP
