- Retention Marketing - Build and deploy campaigns across email, SMS and push notification channels to drive repeat purchase and customer loyalty.
- Collection Launches - Own the end-to-end product upload process for seasonal launches, coordinating copy, photography and product data across the creative, merchandising and product teams to ensure accuracy and commercial impact.
- Photography & Creative - Liaise with our third-party studio to plan and organise still life and model shoots, maintaining up-to-date photography guidelines to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Site Experience & Development - Brief the Graphic Designer on content updates, QA test new features on staging, and support the smooth deployment of functionality improvements without introducing regressions.
- Customer Service & Operations - Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve on-site issues, review returns data for product insights, and keep the team informed of upcoming marketing activity.
- Analytics & Reporting - Use Matomo, Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on performance across the website and marketing channels, surfacing actionable insights.
- Paid & Affiliate Channels - Support the monitoring of PPC (Google Ads), paid social (Meta), affiliate activity (Awin) and email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo) as your understanding of each channel develops.
- Competitor & Market Analysis - Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify best practices and ensure our online presence remains ahead of the curve.
