We’re WHAM, and we’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, strengthen relationships, drive retention and growth, and act as the trusted link between clients and our delivery teams.
This is a role with real responsibility, clear progression, and uncapped commission — perfect for someone who wants to grow fast.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll become the go-to partner for your clients. You will:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders — becoming their day-to-day point of contact.
- Own retention and renewal conversations, driving strong commercial outcomes.
- Deliver engaging client performance reviews and reports that highlight value and next-step recommendations.
- Spot upsell and growth opportunities, collaborating with Sales and Delivery to make them happen.
- Work closely with our delivery and data teams to ensure everything we deliver aligns with client expectations.
- Maintain immaculate account documentation in Salesforce, including account plans and roadmaps.
- Proactively resolve issues and manage escalations quickly and professionally.

Your Selling Style
- You’re consultative and outcome-led.
- You know how to uncover pain points and translate them into compelling value stories.
- You’re confident running strategic conversations that drive renewals and upsells.
Experience & Skills
- 12–24 months’ experience in B2B account management, sales, or 360 recruitment.
- AM: around 12 months
- Senior AM: ideally 24+ months
- Strong commercial mindset — you enjoy interpreting metrics and using data to influence decisions.
- Comfortable owning retention targets and leading renewal discussions.
- Great communicator, strong organiser, confident running client review meetings.
- Salesforce experience and basic data analysis skills are a plus.
- Empathetic, proactive, solutions-driven approach.
