New Business Outbound Sales Executive

We are currently looking for experienced Fintech Sales Professionals to support the expansion of our customer base across EMEA and APAC. This role is well-suited to driven individuals with a proven ability in cold outreach, relationship development, and consultative selling.

Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Omega, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across EMEA and APAC. You will proactively generate new business opportunities by leveraging outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of high-potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth across EMEA and APAC through outbound prospecting and professional network
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential clients across various industries within the assigned geographies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Execute cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and attend relevant industry events
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Contribute insights to go-to-market strategies and support the launch of new products aligned with customer needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity and pipeline data in CRM systems

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales within Fintech
  • Strong skills in cold outreach and lead qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Experience working across various markets, with a solid understanding of their business landscapes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages relevant to target markets are a plus
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
