New Business Outbound Sales Executive

Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Omega, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across EMEA and APAC. You will proactively generate new business opportunities by leveraging outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of high-potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth across EMEA and APAC through outbound prospecting and professional network
- Identify, target, and nurture potential clients across various industries within the assigned geographies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Execute cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and attend relevant industry events
- Collaborate closely with Client Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
- Contribute insights to go-to-market strategies and support the launch of new products aligned with customer needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity and pipeline data in CRM systems
About You
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales within Fintech
- Strong skills in cold outreach and lead qualification
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently
- Experience working across various markets, with a solid understanding of their business landscapes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages relevant to target markets are a plus
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
