Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester

Type: Full-time

Salary & Benefits: £42,000–£45,000 depending on experience, plus travel expenses. Following a successful six-month review, the successful candidate will be eligible for a bonus scheme and share options.

About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing AI education and transformation business helping organisations build the capability to thrive in an AI-enabled world. They work with clients across multiple sectors in the UK and internationally, delivering practical AI training, workshops and transformation support.

They are now looking for an AI Trainer and Operations Executive to join their team based in Stockport. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys delivering engaging AI training while also supporting the day-to-day operations of an ambitious and growing startup.

The Role

The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality AI education and training to clients, both online and face to face. You will represent our client professionally in virtual sessions, workshops and training events, helping participants build confidence with modern AI tools, platforms and ways of working.

Alongside training delivery, you will play a key role in supporting business operations. Working as part of a small team, this role requires someone practical, organised and willing to get involved across multiple areas of the business - from logistics and scheduling through to administration and coordination.

Full AI upskilling will be provided in the organisation’s approach, content and delivery model. However, applicants should already be confident and enthusiastic users of AI, with the curiosity and adaptability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online AI training sessions to clients
• Deliver in-person AI training workshops across the UK and internationally
• Travel regularly from the Stockport office to client sites as required
• Prepare training materials, session setup and supporting resources
• Support bookings, scheduling, travel arrangements and training logistics
• Help ensure smooth delivery of programmes, workshops and events
• Support the wider team with administration and operational tasks
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve training products and delivery
• Represent our client professionally with clients, partners and delegates
• Work flexibly across the business to support a growing startup team

Travel and Working Pattern

This role involves frequent travel. Some weeks may require no travel, while others may include one to three trips. Travel may include day trips, overnight stays and international travel.

Travel may include:

• UK-wide in-person delivery
• Ireland
• International delivery, including the USA and Asia

When not travelling, the role will be based in the Stockport office. This is an office-based and delivery-focused role; homeworking is not available.

Essential Requirements

• Experience delivering training, workshops, teaching or facilitated sessions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confidence using online meeting platforms and presentation tools
• Willingness to work from the Stockport office when not travelling
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
• Willingness to stay away overnight when required
• Practical experience using AI tools and a strong interest in AI
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Desirable

• Experience delivering AI, digital, technology or professional development training
• Background in education, learning and development, consulting or client-facing delivery
• Experience supporting event logistics, programme coordination or business operations
• Familiarity with a broad range of paid and free AI tools
• Full UK driving licence
