Lead / Principal Agentic AI Engineer - (Training + Engineering)

We’re supporting a global consultancy that is expanding its Agentic AI capability. They already have strong internal engineering teams and are looking for a number of AI experts to deliver training, run technical bootcamps and uplift engineers across the organisation. Whilst training programmes aren't running you'll be hands on delivering across a number of cutting edge agentic projects.

🔑 The Role

You’ll be the face of Agentic AI training within the consultancy, responsible for:

• Delivering Agentic AI bootcamps (1-week intensives), workshops and technical training
• Leading hackathons and guided labs with engineers of varying experience levels
• Explaining agentic concepts (planning, tools, reasoning, memory, orchestration) in clear and practical terms
• Teaching frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen and knowledge graph fundamentals
• Showing what “production-grade” really looks like - reliability, observability, safety, evaluation, failure handling
• During non-training weeks, working as a senior IC on internal AI engineering / ML projects

🎯 What They’re Looking For

A senior AI/ML engineer with real deployments, excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Required experience:

• Previously built and deployed multi-agent systems end-to-end
• Strong hands-on expertise with LangGraph
• Experience with knowledge graphs, RAG and LLM tool orchestration
• Proven software engineering fundamentals (Python preferred)
• Solid MLOps grounding: Kubernetes, CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Comfortable presenting, teaching, running workshops and mentoring engineers
• Strong communicator able to simplify complex technical concepts
