We’re supporting a highly PE-backed Professional Services organisation building cloud-native, AI-enabled applications within tax advisory.

This is a hands-on engineering role sitting within a cross-functional delivery squad. You'll be building backend APIs and deploying them into a modern AWS + Kubernetes environment.

🔑 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

• Building backend APIs in Python (FastAPI ideally)

• Working with PostgreSQL

• Deploying services into AWS (EKS preferred)

• Managing container workloads in Kubernetes

• Building infrastructure with Terraform

• Implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD)

• Shipping production-grade cloud-native applications

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

👉 Strong Python backend development experience

👉 API development (FastAPI highly desirable)

👉 Solid SQL / PostgreSQL knowledge

👉 AWS experience (EKS ideal)

👉 Kubernetes deployment experience

👉 Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

👉 CI/CD automation experience

Nice to have:

👉 Experience building GenAI applications or working with LLMs
