You’ll lead a team of Data Scientists working on production systems that directly control:
- Marketplace and last-mile dynamics
- Courier performance and retention
- Route estimation and network simulation
- Pricing, finance and telematics models
These models don’t sit in notebooks. They power real operational decisions every single day .
You’ll:
- Set technical direction and raise the quality bar
- Own roadmap prioritisation across competing business demands
- Partner deeply with Product, Engineering and Ops
- Hire, develop and compound the capability of the team
- Stay close enough technically to review, unblock and step in when it matters
