You’ll lead a team of Data Scientists working on production systems that directly control:

  • Marketplace and last-mile dynamics
  • Courier performance and retention
  • Route estimation and network simulation
  • Pricing, finance and telematics models

These models don’t sit in notebooks. They power real operational decisions every single day .

You’ll:

  • Set technical direction and raise the quality bar
  • Own roadmap prioritisation across competing business demands
  • Partner deeply with Product, Engineering and Ops
  • Hire, develop and compound the capability of the team
  • Stay close enough technically to review, unblock and step in when it matters
