I'm partnering with a high-growth AI technology business looking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of its commercial growth.

This isn't a traditional corporate marketing leadership role. We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping to scale pipeline generation, demand creation and enterprise marketing within a highly technical environment.

🔑 The Role

👉 Own the marketing strategy and execution across growth, demand generation and enterprise marketing

👉 Partner closely with leadership, sales and product teams to drive revenue growth

👉 Build and optimise modern marketing programmes across digital, content, events and account-based initiatives

👉 Leverage AI to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity and scale

👉 Develop messaging, positioning and GTM strategies for enterprise audiences

👉 Measure marketing performance and drive data-led decision making

👉 Help shape how an AI-first marketing organisation operates

🎯 What We're Looking For

👉 Experience leading marketing within B2B SaaS, AI or high-growth technology businesses

👉 Strong background across growth marketing, demand generation and ABM

👉 Proven track record of generating pipeline and commercial impact

👉 Experience marketing to enterprise customers and complex buying groups

👉 Comfortable operating in scaling environments where execution matters as much as strategy

👉 Passion for AI and experience leveraging AI tools within marketing workflows

👉 Strong commercial and analytical mindset
