We’re supporting the search for a Learning Experience Designer to help shape the next generation of Cloud & Software Engineering talent within a fast-growing Technology & AI learning environment.

This is not a traditional L&D role.

We’re looking for someone with genuine technical depth perhaps an ex-engineer, DevOps professional, cloud specialist, technical trainer, developer educator, or curriculum designer who is passionate about building modern, hands-on learning experiences for aspiring engineers.

You’ll design and deliver immersive, practical programmes covering:

☁️ Cloud Engineering (AWS / Azure / GCP)

⚙️ DevOps & CI/CD

💻 Software Engineering workflows

🤖 AI-assisted development practices

🧪 Sandbox labs & real-world engineering simulations

You’ll also champion modern learning approaches including:

• Project-based learning

• Hackathon-style sprints

• Pair programming labs

• Flipped classrooms

• Simulation-driven assessments

• AI-enhanced learning experiences

We’d love to speak with people who have experience in areas such as:

✔ Technical training / developer education

✔ Curriculum or instructional design

✔ Cloud or DevOps engineering

✔ Bootcamps, academies, or technical learning environments

✔ Building hands-on labs or engineering workshops

✔ AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code

✔ LMS/LXP platforms and modern e-learning tools
