The Company

An exciting AI scale-up building cutting-edge technology with some incredibly strong partners already in place. The business is entering a key growth phase and is looking for its first in-house designer to help shape and elevate the brand as they scale.

This is an opportunity to join early, work closely with leadership, and have genuine influence over how the company presents itself across every touchpoint.

The Role

This is not a traditional product design role.

They’re looking for a highly creative, brand-led designer who can own visual identity and storytelling across marketing, campaigns, web, events, and digital experiences.

You’ll work across:

• Brand identity & visual systems
• Marketing campaigns & GTM materials
• Web/UI design
• Social & digital content
• Event & presentation design
• Multimedia / motion assets

What They’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio with a creative, modern and experimental artistic aesthetic
• Experience within AI, SaaS, startup, or tech environments
• Or experience from a strong branding / creative agency background
• Ability to work autonomously and own projects end-to-end
• Experience collaborating closely with founders, marketing, and leadership teams
• Bonus if you’ve worked on motion, video, or experiential campaigns
