The Opportunity
We’re hiring a commercially driven Sales Executive to join a fast-growing fintech transforming how small businesses access working capital.
This is not a scripted, volume-only sales role. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in a low-ego, high-performance environment, taking real ownership of deals and outcomes. If you’re motivated by impact, autonomy, and progression, this role offers genuine career acceleration.

Our client is an innovative fintech using open banking and advanced automation to deliver rapid, fully digital working capital solutions to SMEs. Their platform enables businesses to unlock cash tied up in invoices in minutes, not weeks.
They already partner with well-known platforms in the accounting and finance ecosystem and are scaling quickly as demand for flexible funding continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively engaging SME customers through outbound channels
- Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Understanding customer needs and positioning tailored funding solutions
- Working closely with product and operations teams to improve conversion
- Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outbound or consultative sales (fintech or financial services a plus)
- Strong commercial instinct and confidence speaking with business owners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
