Business Development Representative

OneClickComply is one of the North East's fastest-growing cyber security startups, and we're looking for our next Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow even faster.

Quick background. We make cyber security compliance simple. ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, SOC 2 and more, automated end to end so businesses can get certified and stay secure without paying for expensive consultants. We've raised over £2m to date, and the UK cyber market is set to be worth around £16bn by 2029. The demand is real, and it's growing.

That's where you come in.

The role

As our BDR, you own the top of the sales funnel. You'll research the right companies, reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify the people who are interested, and book demos for our sales team.

Your job is to fill the diary with the right conversations. Get that right and everything else follows.

This is the engine room of a scaling business. You'll work directly with me and the wider team, you'll learn how modern B2B SaaS sales actually works, and there's a clear path from BDR to Account Executive for the person who performs.

Who I'm looking for

  • You're hungry, organised and you don't go quiet when someone says no
  • You can hold a conversation with a technical buyer and a CEO on the same day
  • You're coachable, you want to get better, and you take feedback well
  • Some sales or outbound experience is great, but attitude and work ethic matter more

You don't need a cyber security background. We'll teach you that.
