Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving adoption of the OneTouch Health platform. You will engage with social care providers, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and position our SaaS solutions as the trusted choice for digital transformation in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
- Identify and target new opportunities with care homes, domiciliary providers, and community care organisations across the Southwest.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Sales Cycle Leadership
- Lead the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that show the impact of OneTouch Health on care quality, compliance, and efficiency.
Market Engagement
- Represent OneTouch Health at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions in the social care sector.
- Stay informed on local authority frameworks, funding priorities, and sector regulations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the Product team on sector needs, trends, and customer requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in business development or B2B sales within SaaS, ideally in social care, healthcare, or compliance-driven sectors.
- Understanding of the UK social care landscape, regulatory environment, and digital transformation challenges.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear, consultative manner.
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong network across social care providers in the Southwest is highly desirable.
