We're looking for an Account Manager who thrives on helping clients get the most from the platform, while keeping a sharp commercial focus on renewals, upsells and growth. You'll manage and grow some of our largest customers, spotting opportunities to expand the account while making sure they have a high quality experience throughout.

📣 The Role

We're hiring an Account Manager to join our Account Management team, reporting to the VP of Revenue. You'll own a book of our Enhanced clients, our larger accounts who receive a higher level of service and support, and you'll be accountable for keeping them, growing them, and helping them get real value from the platform.

This is not a traditional customer success role. Whilst a big part of it is supporting clients and helping them realise value, a good portion is commercial. Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is your headline target, and you'll work towards 100%+ NRR each quarter by protecting your accounts and expanding them through cross-sell, upsell, and user count growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own NRR across your book of clients, working towards 100%+ NRR every quarter
  • Support onboarding and implementation alongside our Implementation Engineers, who handle the technical setup
  • Train and enable new and existing clients so they get the most out of the platform
  • Run Strategy Calls and Quarterly Business Reviews that keep clients engaged and demonstrate ROI
  • Own renewals, including driving early renewals and multi-year contracts
  • Cross-sell and upsell new products, and expand accounts
  • Protect retention by spotting risk early and acting on it
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and forecast across your accounts
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales, feeding back what you hear from clients

✨ What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in account management or customer success in SaaS, with ownership of renewals and commercial targets
  • A track record of retaining and growing a book of business, ideally measured on NRR or similar
  • Confidence holding commercial conversations, from renewals to multi-year deals to expansion
  • The ability to build genuine relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisation and the discipline to keep an accurate CRM
  • A desire to overachieve and a hunger to learn

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience at a scale-up stage company (£1m-5m ARR)
  • Worked remote before so understand the need for discipline and self-management even with support
