We're looking for a Data Analyst & Technical Support Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Basildon. This varied role combines data analysis, reporting, technical administration, and customer support coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and progressing technical support cases through Microsoft Dynamics
- Working closely with workshops and stakeholders to drive case resolution
- Producing KPI reports and analysing performance trends
- Creating, maintaining, and enhancing Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards
- Analysing data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights
- Monitoring recall campaign performance and reporting progress to management
- Supporting quality reporting processes and liaising with production plants
- Managing pipeline orders, back-orders, and dispatch issues
- Resolving invoice and finance-related queries
- Preparing and distributing daily Excel reports
- Acting as a key contact for delivery and collection enquiries
- Collaborating with Technical Support, Logistics, Sales, and other business functions
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macro creation (desirable)
- Experience using Qlik Sense and/or Power BI
- Data management and reporting experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of commercial vehicles (desirable)
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
