Position
An overview of the role
Work with the Product team to understand and execute Open GI’s Partner strategy by maintaining and growing relationships with Partners that align to Open GI’s Product Development Roadmap.
Your key responsibilities
- Execution of the Partner strategy and delivery of Partner revenue targets across new and existing business.
- Work with the Product team and Director of Insurer Relations to understand and provide active feedback on the Partner strategy.
- Co-develop the Partner account management plan with the Director of Insurer Relations.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Open GI value added partners to maximise revenue attained from Partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Partners and an escalation point for Partner issues
- Monitor and report on 3rd party revenue
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree and/or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage
- Full valid driving licence or ability to travel
Experience
- Strong, relevant experience in an insurance company/broker, value added partner or SaaS software house
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance
- Understanding of the intermediary market and the role of software houses as a distribution channel
- Knowledge of value-added partner products, services and their benefits
- Broad understanding of regulatory matters
- Experience of both small and medium to large scale commercial negotiations (£250K+)
- Experience in a relationship management/sales management role

Please note, this is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance at our Worcester or Winchester location twice a week with frequent travel across the UK to visit customer offices.
