Role Description

We’re a lean team, so we need someone who can build pipeline, win business and move fast. We are looking for a UK Sales Lead (role attached below) to drive growth across the UK leisure sector — owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos through to tenders and closing deals.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Lead based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities in the market. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the technology or health sectors is advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
