Senior/ Lead Product Designer

Product Designer (UX/UI, Ecommerce)

An award-winning ecommerce agency is looking for a senior Product Designer to take ownership of design craft and impact across high-performing ecommerce platforms.

This is a hands-on, senior role blending end-to-end product design with leadership. You’ll shape user journeys that convert, influence strategy, and help ambitious brands move from friction to flow.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning creative direction and execution across multiple ecommerce clients
• Translating research and strategy into design systems, journeys, and high-fidelity UI
• Working closely with developers, strategists, and delivery teams
• Leading workshops, reviews, and design quality standards
• Championing design value in client conversations and delivery
• Contributing to internal design frameworks and industry initiatives

What they’re looking for

• Senior-level experience in UX/UI or product design (agency & ecommerce experience ideal)
• Strong portfolio showing discovery delivery thinking
• Expert use of Figma (plus Miro, Loom or similar)
• Solid grasp of accessibility, usability, and conversion-focused design
• Confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and strategists

Bonus: experience with CRO, user research, or design audits
