The RoleAs the SAP Finance & HR Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing SAP solutions across Finance and HR domains, ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and compliance frameworks.
Working closely with business leaders, product owners, delivery teams, and technology partners, the SAP Finance & HR Solution Architect will provide architectural leadership across both ongoing programmes and future transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead SAP solution architecture across Finance and HR functions
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Provide architectural governance and design assurance
- Drive solution decisions across stakeholders and delivery partners
- Identify and manage technical, security, compliance, and data risks
- Produce solution designs, integration designs, and architecture artefacts
- Support implementation teams to ensure successful delivery
- Contribute to architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
- Collaborate across enterprise applications, data, security, infrastructure, and business teams

- Proven experience as a SAP Finance & HR Solution Architect
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture expertise

- Broad solution architecture experience across applications, integrations, cloud, security, and data
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience working within large, complex, international organisations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide SAP transformation programmes
- Exposure to governance frameworks and architecture review boards
- Knowledge of finance controls, compliance, audit, and HR data protection requirements
