Full Stack Engineer

We're working with an innovative technology company delivering large-scale digital platforms used within the public sector across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their engineering team and help build secure, scalable applications used by thousands of end users.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, owning features from design through to deployment whilst collaborating with security, DevOps and product teams.

Tech Stack

• PHP 8.3+
• Laravel 11 / 12
• React
• Inertia.js
• Next.js
• TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern Laravel applications
• Build React and Next.js user interfaces
• Deliver features from specification through deployment
• Integrate with third-party APIs and digital services
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code
• Participate in security reviews and technical design discussions
• Contribute to AI-driven product enhancements
• Work within a modern CI/CD and cloud-based environment

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial Full Stack development experience
• Strong PHP and Laravel experience
• React and modern JavaScript development
• PostgreSQL and database design
• API integration experience
• Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working within structured development environments
