The
Role
As a Business A nalyst, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers and clients to gather requirements, define solutions and ensure successful project del
ivery.You'll also support AI discovery workshops, identify automation opportunities and help shape innovative AI-powered business solu
tions.

Previous experi ence as a Busine ss Analyst delivering digital or eCommerce - projects.Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder manageme
- nt skills.Experience writing user stories and acceptance
- criteria.Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery meth
- odologies.Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Magento 2, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or
- Shopware.Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL or SOAP
- services.Experience using API testing tools such a
- s Postman.Hands-on experience with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude
- or Gemini.Strong analytical and problem-solvi
- ng skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
abilities.
