What You Will Be

• Doing
  Lead requirements gathering, documentation and prioritisation for complex change initi
• atives.Support planning, manufacturing and quality management applications, including SAP-related process
• change.Act as workstream lead on large projects, or lead smaller projects and major business c
• hanges.Design and improve business processes, supporting UAT, training and ad
• option.Lead, coach and coordinate Business Analysts, functional consultants and matrix project

teams.
What You W

• ill Need
  5-8 years’ Business Analysis experience across Waterfall and Agile envi
• ronments.Strong knowledge of BA methods, tools, requirements management and proces
• s design.Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP, or similar ERP / planning appl
• ications.Supply chain, planning, S&OP, manufacturing, quality management or MES ex
• perience.Experience working with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical delive
• ry teams.A track record of delivering business-critical technology or applicatio

n change.
