The role:

We're recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join an MSP-focused IT team near Elland, managing infrastructure at scale across multiple client environments.

What you'll be doing:
Managing and maintaining networks and infrastructure across a large multi-site estate (~4,000 endpoints)
Working across a broad product set - firewalls (Cisco, Ubiquiti, WatchGuard), switching, Active Directory, M365, backup systems (Veeam, Datto)
Owning client relationships commercially, not just technically - scoping, deploying, and documenting projects end-to-end
Managing or leading a team, with responsibility for their output and development

What we're looking for:
MSP background essential - this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
Proven breadth across multiple products/vendors, not a single-specialism engineer
Experience managing infrastructure at scale (large multi-site or high endpoint count environments)
Commercial awareness - comfortable with client-facing ownership, not purely internal IT
Team management experience - direct reports or clear leadership of a technical team
Full UK driving license, happy to be fully onsite
