IT Helpdesk Junior 1st Line Support

Looking for an immediately available person with either experience in IT Support / IT Helpdesk or relevant A Level or above IT education.

This role is initially to start on a contract on £12.21 per hour PAYE doing basic 1st line call logging, basic fault resolution (password resets etc) and escalation to the 2nd and 3rd line support teams.

The initial contract will be Mon - Fri 9 - 5, if you are successful the permanent job will involve operating over a 7-day shift pattern that covers from 0600 - 00:00, 37.5 hours per week plus plenty of overtime potential.

The permanent job pays £25000 per annum.

The role is office based in Pentwyn, Cardiff CF23.
