Graduate Sales Advisor – Hybrid in Bolton

Salary: £25k basic OTE £29k

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9–5

Location: Bolton HQ with hybrid working after training

If you’re a graduate looking for your first step into sales, this is a role where you’ll learn, earn, and progress quickly.

You’ll be part of our tech-sector sales team, calling warm lapsed clients and getting them reconnected with our services. You won’t be dropped in the deep end – we’ll give you full training and clear career steps to move into an Account Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling through a set list of lapsed customers.
• Having quality conversations and building rapport.
• Identifying needs and booking next steps or making smaller closes yourself.
• Keeping records and CRM info up to date.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate or someone with up to 2 years’ customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys talking to people.
• Motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
