We’re expanding rapidly and looking for Graduate Sales Development Representatives to join our friendly, high-performing team. You’ll be making outbound calls to lapsed business customers (completely warm leads - no cold calling) to re-engage relationships and book high-quality appointments for our Business and Key Account Managers.

Your role
- Outbound call warm, lapsed B2B customers to reintroduce services.
- Build rapport, understand business needs, and identify opportunities.
- Generate quality appointments for our Business and Key Account Managers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet targets.
What we’re looking for in a Graduate Sales Development Representative
You don’t need specific industry experience - full training is provided - but you’ll need:
- Confidence speaking to people over the phone.
- A proactive, positive, and resilient mindset.
- Ideally some experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing work (preferred but not essential).
- Comfortable and confident with Technology
- Drive and ambition to grow your career quickly.
