Sales Manager – Birmingham (Office-Based)- Telecoms

Business Mobile Experience is essential for this role

Up to £50,000 basic + uncapped commission

Monday to Friday, 9–5 (no evenings, no weekends)

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take the reins of a growing team of SDRs and BDMs, driving performance, development, and results. You’ll be the person setting the tone, building the culture and creating sales strategies- celebrating the wins and driving the next one.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of SDRs and BDMs
  • Setting and ensuring your team are smashing targets
  • Driving activity, pipeline, and performance across the board
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent
  • Working closely with senior leadership to deliver commercial growth

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing a sales team (SDRs, BDMs, or both)
  • A hands-on, energetic leader who leads by example
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Strong communicator with real commercial awareness
  • Happy to be in the office full-time -this is an environment that buzzes off collaboration
