We are on the look out for experienced Sales Manager for our leading tech business based in Manchester! The package for Sales Manager:

• A basic salary of up to £45,000
• An commission structure and realistic OTE of £75,000

The role of Sales Manager:

• Looking after a B2C Sales team of circa 12 Sales Agents
• Driving sales performance through coaching, 1-2-1’s and performance management
• Identifying areas where the team are underperforming and creating strategy to raise the level of performance
• General management of staff from absence reporting to holidays and ensuring HR systems are kept up to date
• Managing the team pipeline and creating accurate financial forecasts

What we're after for the Sales Manager:

• Minimum 18 months experience in a Sales Manager position
• Someone who is comfortable managing people and has a background in performance management and coaching sales staff
• Somebody who has experience in B2C sales environments
