Platform Engineer - GenAI/Azure

We're seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support a large-scale Azure-based GenAI platform. You'll play a key role across platform operations, DevOps, security, and developer enablement in a highly visible enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, GitHub GenAI)
• Act as the front door for platform support (incidents, onboarding, access, triage)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based infrastructure
• Enforce secure DevOps practices, including code scanning and PR governance
• Implement and manage policy-as-code (OPA/Rego) and Azure Policy
• Drive security, compliance, and vulnerability management across the platform
• Support developers and users, providing onboarding and platform guidance
• Maintain documentation, reporting dashboards, and service governance (Jira/SNOW)

Required Skills

• Strong Azure platform engineering experience
• Proven DevOps/CI/CD expertise
• Advanced Terraform/IaC/GitOps capability
• Experience with OPA/Rego or policy-as-code tools
• Strong understanding of secure software delivery & code scanning
• Experience supporting cloud/SaaS platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
