What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the internal recruitment process—from sourcing to offer.
- Proactively identify and engage high-calibre recruiters, graduates, and sales talent.
- Build a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, events, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with team leaders to understand hiring needs and future headcount plans.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Optimus culture.
- Support employer branding initiatives, content, careers campaigns, and events.
- Help shape and refine our recruitment processes as we continue to scale.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- A natural people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone proactive, organised, and passionate about finding and developing talent.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
