Key Responsibil

ities
As a Recruitment Candidate Resourcer (German-Speaking), you

• will:
  Work directly with one of our top-performing consultants, supporting them in delivering recruitment solutions to high-profile German c
• lients.Proactively headhunt and source candidates across the Digital, Data, and Life Sciences sectors in G
• ermany.Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific
• roles.Manage candidates through the entire process — from initial contact to offer acce
• ptance.Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the hiring p
• rocess.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every

stage.
