Optimus Search, the leading DACH recruitment company is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to come onboard and drive sales within the IT contract market. Full training provided, plus the tools to execute whats required.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle — from winning new business to placing top candidates. You'll:
- Build and grow client relationships.
- Source and headhunt candidates across Life Sciences.
- Manage interviews, offers, and placements.
- Work in a high-energy, target-driven environment where your success drives the company's growth.
