Lead C# / .Net Developer - Energy Trading - London

Working for a major energy trader (energy / renewables). We are recruiting Lead Developer / Tech Lead with a background in C# / .Net (and ideally Angular).

The Role

As a member of a skilled large global team (London, NYC, Mumbai) of software engineers, you will play a role in developing the core trading platform. The customers are varied; traders, analysts, researchers and data scientists.

Essential Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience working with C# / .NET (8) technologies
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, managing 5+ software engineers (code reviews, architecture)
  • Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase)
  • Experience working in an agile scrum development model
  • 5+ Years experience of building ETRM solutions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize
  • 3+ years Angular experience (ideally version 16+)

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in the Oil / Energy Industry
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science or an equivalent field
