With an impressive portfolio of projects across education, healthcare, high-rise residential, commercial developments and stadia, this is an opportunity to take a key role in the delivery and continued development of their 3D Revit capability.
The Role
As the BIM Manager you'll work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Project Leaders and the wider Design Team to ensure Revit models and project information are accurate, coordinated and delivered to a high standard. Alongside hands-on project delivery, you'll help develop BIM standards, provide Revit support to the wider team and support less experienced users.

The Role
As the BIM Manager you'll work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Project Leaders and the wider Design Team to ensure Revit models and project information are accurate, coordinated and delivered to a high standard. Alongside hands-on project delivery, you'll help develop BIM standards, provide Revit support to the wider team and support less experienced users.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate 3D MEP Revit models
- Work alongside Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on coordinated design solutions
- Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural models
- Identify and assist with resolving clashes and coordination issues
- Set up and review project models
- Carry out Revit model health checks
- Maintain and develop Revit templates, families and standard content
- Maintain consistent modelling and drawing standards
- Provide day-to-day Revit support and guidance
- Support and develop less experienced Revit users
- Work with Project Leaders to establish BIM/Revit requirements and timescales
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards
- Keep up to date with relevant BIM and Revit developments
What We're Looking For
- Strong practical experience with Autodesk Revit MEP
- Experience coordinating Mechanical & Electrical Building Services in 3D
- Good understanding of MEP systems and building services coordination
- Experience working with Architectural and Structural Revit models
- Understanding of Revit families, templates and model management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable providing support and guidance to other Revit users
- Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination software would be advantageous
