About the Role

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, and close
  • Manage deals between £4K–£50K ACV
  • Self-source at least 80%+ of closed-won revenue
  • Handle fast-paced SMB cycles
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, SDRs, and CS to build pipeline and win new logos
  • Tech stack includes HubSpot, Gong, Cognism, ChilliPiper, Crossbeam

About the Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years as an AE in B2B SaaS or agency recruitment (360)
  • Strong recruiting knowledge (agency, in-house TA, or HR/TA sales)
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
  • Experience selling in competitive, low-brand-recognition spaces
  • Technically literate and able to run your own demos and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication, written polish, and executive presence
