About the Role
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, and close
- Manage deals between £4K–£50K ACV
- Self-source at least 80%+ of closed-won revenue
- Handle fast-paced SMB cycles
- Collaborate closely with marketing, SDRs, and CS to build pipeline and win new logos
- Tech stack includes HubSpot, Gong, Cognism, ChilliPiper, Crossbeam
About the Candidate
- Minimum 2 years as an AE in B2B SaaS or agency recruitment (360)
- Strong recruiting knowledge (agency, in-house TA, or HR/TA sales)
- Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
- Experience selling in competitive, low-brand-recognition spaces
- Technically literate and able to run your own demos and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, written polish, and executive presence
