About the Role
- Account Manager title
- Managing a large portfolio of restaurant accounts across the UK market
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise retention and platform adoption
- Conducting regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting clients with best practices, product adoption, and commercial recommendations
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Reporting into the Account Management Team Lead
About the Candidate
- 1+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management experience
- Experience managing a high volume of accounts is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify upsell and growth opportunities
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience within SaaS, technology, hospitality, or digital platforms is advantageous
