About the Role
• Enterprise-focused new business sales role
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Target multi-branch property management and lettings agencies
• Build and refine the sales playbook over time
• Influence pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Take on leadership responsibility as the team grows
About the Candidate
• Strong new business / hunter sales background
• Proven ability to open doors and win complex B2B deals
• Comfortable operating in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Experience in PropTech, property services, SaaS or regulated sectors preferred
• Ambition to progress into a Head of Sales role
About the Package
• Base salary £50k–£90k (Depending on exp)
• Uncapped commission + strong OTE potential
