• Lead the technical development of their AI Powered Property Management solution
• Hands on role – 60% coding / 40% leadership

• Taking on an existing team of 3 – tasked with scaling the team

About the Candidate

• A First-Class or strong academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years proven experience in software engineering, ideally within AI, SaaS, or automation platforms.
• Strong technical background (e.g., Python, AI/ML integration, Node.js, cloud infrastructure).
• Previous experience in a lead or management role within a startup or tech-driven company.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for building products that solve real-world problems and improving user experiences.

About the Package

• Base Salary - £140k - £160k + Equity
