Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven professional to join our New Business Intelligence team and help shape the future of decision-making across a business of 5,000 colleagues. At Vertas, we provide a wide range of services - from catering and cleaning to fleet management and consultancy - and your work will help every part of the business run smarter and more efficiently.

As part of our Business Intelligence team, you’ll work closely with the Group MIS Manager and operational teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. You’ll create clear, user-friendly dashboards, support ad-hoc reporting needs, and ensure accuracy and reliability in everything you produce.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Power BI and the wider Power Platform.
• Knowledge and demonstrable experience of SQL
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A real team player who enjoys working with people as much as with data

• Location: Ipswich
• Hybrid Working - Office based 2-3 days per week
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing after year 1
• August - September start date
