Salary: £37,200 - £41,700
Contract Type: Permanent (Hybrid 2 days WFH)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer/ IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients dynamic IT department. This role involves overseeing and supporting our IT infrastructure platform, including SCCM and MDM configuration, policy development, and automated deployment to key hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Azure IaaS platform
- Configure and manage SCCM and MDM solutions.
- Develop and implement IT policies and automated deployment strategies.
- Handle service requests from the Service Desk and other delivery teams.
- Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues.
- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through effective problem management.
Qualification & Experience
- Educated to A Level, NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent in ICT.
- Demonstrable experience with virtualization technologies and Windows Server environments
Strong knowledge of Azure Software
- Experience in Managing and maintain the Azure IaaS platform
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Proven ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
