AI Solutions Architect

Our client, a global leader in IT services, is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect with a strong background in solution design and architecture. The role will be based at their client’s site in Wokingham, UK.Location: Hybrid – remote work within the UK, with on-site presence in Wokingham 3 days per week Contract: 6+ months, starting ASAP Day Rate: Competitive market rate Key Responsibilities:

• Design an AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from diverse sources including emails, meeting recordings, consultation responses, and surveys
• Develop a scalable architecture that integrates data from platforms such as Salesforce, BI tools, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notes

Data Capture and Storage:

• Implement both automated and manual data capture mechanisms for centralised storage
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, with full traceability for audit purposes

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Apply AI tools to identify themes and sentiment across captured data
• Build user-triggered synthesis reports and dashboards to surface insights on stakeholder sentiment and health indicators
• Enable search and filtering capabilities for efficient data synthesis and reporting
• Create dashboards and visualisation tools tailored to stakeholder groups and specific use cases

Key Requirements:

• Experience integrating Salesforce and BI tools
• Familiarity with media monitoring and sentiment analysis platforms
• Proficiency in dashboard creation and data visualisation
• Strong communication skills
