Data Analyst - Financial Crime

Data Analyst (Financial Crime) / 12 Month Contract / Outside IR35 / Fully Remote / Immediate Start We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst . You will play a vital role in ensuring regulatory change is delivered effectively, using data to validate solutions, identify gaps, forecast impacts, and strengthen my clients overall financial-crime control environment.Skillset: 
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets. 
  • Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data-visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau). 
  • Strong understanding of Financial Crime screening processes, AML/CTF obligations, and regulatory expectations. 
  • Ability to link data insights directly to operational efficiency and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and regulatory-driven environment.
Role Requirements: 
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst within the UK Financial Services sector (Life & Pensions / Assest Managment products experience desirable). 
  • Must have experience working on Financial Crime project
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, data-quality frameworks, and reporting tools. 
  • Hands-on experience developing MI dashboards and reporting solutions.
